Oura Ring price in the UAE vs Sisly: subscription, battery and what you get
We make Sisly, so we have kept this comparison to facts you can check. Sisly is available to pre-book; final details are confirmed at launch.
Quick answer
The Oura Ring price in the UAE is two costs: the ring itself, then an Oura Membership, paid monthly or yearly, for most of its detailed readings. Sisly is AED 999, paid once, with no subscription. Oura has the longer track record and more sensors; Sisly keeps your readings in the UAE.
Key takeaways
- Oura sells the ring and the membership separately; without a membership the app shows three daily scores and little else, according to Oura's own support pages.
- Sisly is a titanium ring or band at AED 999, paid once, with no membership and readings hosted in the UAE.
- Over three years, the yearly Oura membership adds roughly half the base ring's list price again, at the rates in the table.
- Oura Ring 5 lists 6 to 9 days per charge; Sisly lists about 7 days. Both apps are available in Arabic and English.
- Choose Oura if you want the most established ring and its wider set of sensors; choose Sisly if you want one payment and UAE hosting.
What does the Oura Ring cost in the UAE, next to Sisly?
The Oura Ring price in the UAE is two numbers, not one. There is the ring, and there is the Oura Membership that opens most of its readings. Sisly is one number: AED 999, paid once.
The table below carries the current UAE list prices, what you pay after you buy, battery, screen, where your readings are kept and app languages. Every figure in it comes from one data file with the date it was checked, so the table and this article never disagree.
| Product | Form | Price | After purchase | Battery | Screen | Where your data is kept | App languages |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oura Ring | Ring | From AED 1,599 (premium finishes AED 1,999) | AED 29.99 a month or AED 269 a year for full insights | 6 to 9 days (Oura Ring 5, maker’s figure) | None | See provider’s privacy policy | 21 languages, including Arabic |
| Sisly Oasis | Ring or band | AED 999 | None, paid once | About 7 days | None | Hosted in the UAE | Arabic and English |
Oura Ring 5 is the current Oura model. Oura announced it on 28 May 2026, and Gulf News reported that UAE pre-orders opened on 1 June 2026, with shipping and shop availability from 4 June. Oura Ring 4 and Oura Ring 4 Ceramic were still listed in Oura’s shop when we checked.
A few details that do not fit the table:
| Oura Ring 5 | Sisly | |
|---|---|---|
| What you wear | Titanium ring | Titanium ring or band |
| Membership | Needed for most readings; first month included | None |
| Charge | Typically 6 to 9 days (Oura’s figure) | About 7 days |
| Phones | iOS 16 or later, Android 11 or later (Oura’s figures) | iPhone and Android |
| Water | 100 metres; sauna and swimming, not diving (Oura’s figure) | See the Sisly facts page |
| Where readings are kept | See the provider’s privacy policy | Hosted in the UAE |
What does the Oura membership add, and what works without it?
Oura’s own support page is clear about the split. Without an active membership, the app shows your three daily scores for Readiness, Activity and Sleep, the ring’s battery, your profile, app settings and the Explore content.
Detailed sleep analysis, heart rate tracking, stress, and health reports need the membership. The new features Oura added with Oura Ring 5 are also for members. A new ring comes with one month of membership included, starting when the ring pairs with the app.
In the UAE, the membership is sold monthly or yearly. The table shows both rates in dirhams. The yearly rate works out lower per month than paying monthly.
This is a fair model for many people. The membership pays for software that Oura keeps adding to. It does mean the ring’s price is where your spending starts, not where it ends.
What does Sisly give you for one payment?
Sisly is a titanium ring or band. It reads sleep, energy, stress, heart rate variability, activity and skin temperature, and it reads each of them against your own normal rather than against a chart of other people.
Heart rate variability, or HRV, is the small change in time between one heartbeat and the next. A 2017 review in Frontiers in Public Health describes HRV as “the fluctuation in the time intervals between adjacent heartbeats”. Sisly reads your HRV against your own normal, not against an average of strangers.
Everything the app shows is included in the price. There is no membership, no trial and nothing to renew. Sisly is available to pre-book, in three finishes named after oases: Ain in silver, Hasa in black and Liwa in gold.
Sisly is not a medical device. Neither ring diagnoses anything, and neither replaces a visit to your doctor.
Oura Ring vs Sisly: what does each do best?
Oura Ring
Oura has sold several generations of its ring, from Gen3 to Oura Ring 4 and now Oura Ring 5. That history shows in the app, which is mature and full of detail once you are a member.
Oura Ring 5 carries two tri-LEDs, two photodetectors, a digital temperature sensor and an accelerometer, according to Oura. With a membership it offers sleep analysis, heart rate through the day, temperature trends, blood oxygen, stress, cardiovascular metrics and women’s health insights. Oura says Oura Ring 5 is 40 per cent smaller than Oura Ring 4.
Oura also connects to other apps, including Strava. And the Oura app is available in 21 languages, Arabic among them.
Sisly
Sisly is built for people who want one clear payment and their readings kept close to home. The price is AED 999 and stays that. Your readings are hosted in the UAE, and the app is in Arabic and English.
Sisly reads fewer things than a member’s Oura: sleep, energy, stress, HRV, activity and skin temperature. It does not claim blood oxygen or cardiovascular metrics.
How much does each cost over three years?
A smart ring is worn for years, so the three-year cost is the fairer number. Here is the sum, using the prices in the table above.
Oura Ring:
- The ring, at the UAE list price for your finish.
- Plus the first month of membership, included.
- Plus 35 more months of membership, or the yearly rate three times.
At the yearly rate in the table, three years of membership come to roughly half the ring’s list price again. Paying monthly costs more than that. Over three years, an Oura Ring in a base finish plus a yearly membership comes to more than twice Sisly’s price.
Sisly:
- The ring or band, AED 999.
- Nothing else. The three-year cost is AED 999.
If you stop paying for Oura’s membership, the ring keeps working with the three daily scores. The detailed readings stop until you renew. With Sisly there is nothing to stop.
The smart ring prices in the UAE page tracks these figures for every ring we compare, and smart rings without a subscription lists the ones with no membership at all.
Where is your data kept?
For Oura, see the provider’s privacy policy; the company sets out there how and where it handles member data.
Sisly readings are hosted in the UAE. The UAE’s personal data law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, is described on the UAE Government portal as a framework to protect the confidentiality of information and the privacy of individuals. It applies to personal data processed about people in the UAE.

Does either ring suit life in the Gulf?
Both are titanium rings with no screen, and both are made to be worn day and night.
Heat is the local question. Oura lists an operating range of minus 10 to 54 degrees Celsius for Oura Ring 5. When a ring comes off in July, somewhere indoors is a safer place for it than a parked car.

Oura Ring or Sisly: which one suits you?
Choose Oura Ring if:
- you want the most established smart ring, with years of software behind it;
- you want blood oxygen, cardiovascular metrics and the wider set of readings a membership opens;
- you are comfortable paying a monthly or yearly membership for as long as you wear it;
- you use apps like Strava and want the ring to feed them.
Choose Sisly if:
- you want to pay once, AED 999, and never see a renewal;
- you want your readings hosted in the UAE;
- you want an app written in Arabic and English;
- you would rather wear a band than a ring on some days, since Sisly comes as either.

Questions, answered
- How much is the Oura Ring in the UAE?
- The table in this article shows the UAE list price for the Oura Ring and the date it was checked. Gulf News reported in June 2026 that Oura Ring 5 costs more in the premium finishes than in silver or black. Prices change with offers and retailers, so check Oura's site or a major UAE retailer on the day you buy.
- Do you have to pay a subscription for the Oura Ring?
- To see most of what the ring measures, yes. Oura's support pages say that without an active membership you keep the three daily scores for Readiness, Activity and Sleep, plus battery, profile, settings and Explore content. Detailed sleep analysis, heart rate, stress and health reports need a membership. A new ring includes one month of membership.
- Does Sisly need a subscription?
- No. Sisly is AED 999, paid once, with nothing to pay after. The ring or band reads sleep, energy, stress, heart rate variability, activity and skin temperature against your own normal, and every reading is shown in the app without a membership. Your readings are hosted in the UAE.
- Is the Oura app available in Arabic?
- Yes. Oura's support page lists Arabic among 21 app languages, alongside English, French, Hindi and others. The Sisly app is in Arabic and English. If you want to read your sleep and stress in Arabic, either ring will do that, so the choice comes down to price model, sensors and where your readings are kept.
- How long does the battery last on Oura Ring 5 and on Sisly?
- Oura says Oura Ring 5 typically lasts 6 to 9 days per charge, with charging taking about 80 minutes, and that battery life depends on ring size, settings and use. Sisly lists about 7 days between charges. In daily life both mean charging roughly once a week, for example while you shower or get ready.
- Can I wear the Oura Ring in the Gulf summer heat?
- Oura lists an operating range of minus 10 to 54 degrees Celsius for Oura Ring 5, and water resistance to 100 metres, suitable for sauna and swimming but not diving. When the ring comes off on a summer day, somewhere indoors keeps it inside that range more reliably than a parked car or a bag left in the sun.
- Which is cheaper over three years, Oura or Sisly?
- At the prices in the table, Sisly costs AED 999 over three years because there is nothing to pay after the ring. Oura costs the ring price plus about 35 months of membership, since the first month is included. Paid yearly, that membership adds roughly half the ring price again. Paid monthly, it adds more.
